Marte Siebenhar is a classically trained professional musician and strategic planner - a rare leader who seamlessly combines artistic creativity and business strategy. She is a consultant, coach, facilitator and speaker who integrates right-brain imagination and left-brain cognition to position clients for success on purpose. She is guided by a deep interest in leaders, and helping them define, realign with and live their purpose and possibilities, so they can translate their vision into value. Her Practical Creativity™ method integrates listening, imagination, ingenuity, intuition, and play.

For Marte, creativity is the pathway to innovation and change. This guides her changemaking firm Cultured Innovations. She is an executive coach for national and international leaders, and she is also developing a capacity building training program for arts leaders in Miami-Dade County. She is in demand as an inspirational speaker and facilitator, having built a highly successful brand of creativity-sparking workshops for leaders and innovators worldwide, known as Creative Jams. Prior to launching full-time with Cultured Innovations, she was an arts leader at New World Symphony, the John F. She is an alumna of Manhattan School of Music and fellowships with the Kennedy Center and Miami Foundation. Marte starts each day with running and meditation. Marte is an advocate and advisor to Venture Cafe Miami, Miami’s Next Leaders, The Watson Institute at Lynn University, The Pioneer Winter Collective, Radical Partners, Maven Leadership Collective and Miami Arts Leaders Network.
