Creativity + Business Savvy = Innovative Solutions.

Marte Siebenhar is a professional musician-turned-strategist who combines business savvy with artistic creativity to help high-impact companies and individuals unearth innovation and translate their visions into value in corporate, nonprofit and individual environments. She is a consultant, coach, facilitator and speaker who focuses on organizational strategy and leadership development to help clients achieve success on purpose. She currently serves as an executive coach for Radical Partners, Maven Leadership Collective and her own clients. She also leads a number of workshops to spark creativity in Miami throughout the year for Mana Contemporary, Venture Cafe and other partners.

Previously, as Assistant Vice President for Audience Development at New World Symphony (NWS), Marte helped to attract new audiences and revenue, while supporting the Fellows in developing their innovative community projects. Under her watch, NWS saw not only its highest-grossing single event—exceeding the previous benchmark by 15%—but also a record percentage of new audience members to a single event (62%) in its 31-year history. She worked with team members to establish ticket access programs that generated nearly $52,000 and nearly tripled group sales during her tenure. Marte helped create NWS Open House, which was then adopted as a key fulfillment by a six-figure sponsor, and developed a programming and cross-promotional partnership with the Lincoln Road Business Improvement District. She fostered many of the new institutional partnerships toward the successful completion of Project 305, one of Miami’s most ambitious arts audience development projects.

As Executive Director of Bakehouse Art Complex in Miami, she increased annual attendance 229%, attracted hundreds of thousands of dollars in new sources of funding, including the organization's first National Endowment for the Arts grant since the 1980s, and secured the United States premiere of La Tauromaquia by Pablo Picasso through Bank of America's Arts in Our Communities Program.

She began consulting with arts “Turnaround King” Michael Kaiser at the DeVos Institute of Arts Management at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. There, she managed paid consultancies serving every arts industry and created strategic plans and training resources used by organizations worldwide. Consolidating and analyzing best practices of hundreds organizations helped prepare her for a role empowering the leaders and businesses of today.

An alumna of Manhattan School of Music, fellowships with the Kennedy Center and The Miami Foundation, and work at Carnegie Hall, Marte actively serves as an advocate and advisor to Venture Cafe Miami, Miami’s Next Leaders, The Watson Institute at Lynn University, The Pioneer Winter Collective, Radical Partners, Maven Leadership Collective and the Emerging Arts Leaders of Miami. She practices running, yoga and meditation daily, and thrives on innovation, learning, travel and music.
