Marte Siebenhar is a classically trained professional musician and business strategist. She draws on career immersion in artistic excellence and business strategy prior to launching Cultured Innovations full time in 2019. Marte combines her right-brain artistic creativity and left-brain business strategy to position clients for success on purpose through her work as a consultant, coach, and facilitator.

For Marte, creativity is the pathway to innovation. Her Practical Creativity™ method integrates listening, imagination, ingenuity, intuition, and play to solve challenges and inform decisions involving uncertainty, ambiguity, and risk.

She believes that meaningful change begins with leaders, who need to first deeply understand, align with and act on their and their companies’ purpose, talents, vision, values, and possibilities. As an executive coach, facilitator, and consultant for national and international leaders, she helps clients translate their vision into value through workshops, training, network building, and strategic and business plans. She also works with nonprofit boards and foundations on governance and grant making best practices.

She is in demand as an inspirational speaker and a highly experienced designer-facilitator of purposeful, high-stakes, transformative convenings that shift the energy in a room as only a performer grounded in the business world can. This magic is at the heart of her creativity-sparking Creative Jam workshops. Prior to launching full-time with Cultured Innovations, she was an arts leader at New World Symphony, the John F. She is an alumna of Manhattan School of Music and fellowships with the Kennedy Center and The Miami Foundation. Marte starts each day with exercise and meditation.
